my experience in this BS is found that, they had a bad services
i think my SA never read thru my invoice, she dunno my outdoor is went to PD, she din arrange a discussion with my pg in gown fitting day. In that day itself, i saw my pg having customer, so not dare to disturb him. Its ok then, i burn an CD and send them what type of the photo I prefer, then only have few minute discussion with pg in my ps day.
After that in ps day, the MUA ask y my ps is in 2nd session, for my 1 day ps go to PD somemore usually will b arrange in the 1st session means 9.30am, due to another couple is taking 2 days ps,and then if you are 1st couple made appointment to ps, they will give you the 1st session. I dunno all this, cos i do ask them in gown fitting day for my ps at 11.30am, izzit enough time for my ps, they all said thats NO PROBLEM, n tell that they is no 1 in the BS b4 11am. 11.30am ps for us is tooooo rush, its make us cannot finish our ps in 1 day. OK, book another day to outdoor ps, i saw im the 1st person to make ps appointment(still remember that im the 1st person to make that day booking, i saw my previous SA Rachel written on it) in the appointment book,my appointment time had been change from 9.30am to 11.30am. then y my ps will change to 2nd session? y? Y? just cos of i took the cheapest package but another couple took designer package?
Im very not happy with this BS d, ok fine to tell myself. OK, very fast to reach the photo selection day, my SA ask for my last payment
i was angry d, i ask the SA check my invoice carefully, my last payment was in the time to collect album, all had state in the invoice !!!
After select photo then have to c my album design. I though they will arrange to meet with designer(its state in my invoice to meet with designer too, but she din arrange it), whose know when i reach there, my SA was not there, so another SA who called cat sit with us n written down what we request to change. Not sactisfy with the design, i request minor changes on all the pages, cos of I try to accept to what the designer did. Whose know the SA talk very rude.
then I go for another time to c the design when my AD gown selection. my SA told me that, they would like to charge me RM150 per page, for made the changes again, cos of they only allow to make 1 time changes.
. I would like to kill ppl d, thats only 5 minutes work, you wanna charge me RM150, If you charge me cos of change the whole design, then thats resonable. I also ask my SA y din arrange to discuss with the designer, she told me that they got charges to meet up with designer, I ask her to check my invoice again, its written to meet up with the designer, she direct speechless d
I wish to no go to that BS again, dislike to step in there any more. then I ask them to email me the update changes. when i receive the email, i going to faint d. they sent this type of work to me!!!
the original will be like that, they give me that cos of they flip the photo
beside that, they was no respond for 2 week in chinese new year week after I reply back their email. No 1 was follow up, No 1 call me n ask do I receive that, No 1 care of it, I have to call them few times only get back to it. The reason they gav is my mail box full, hello..... now no more mail box full ler...... this may b is their excuses
Just a very simple changes, some touch up, they oso drag a very long time to do for it, may b they not understand what i was mention in the email, i wrote them chinese at the end, then only call me up n said the cloth cannot be touch up(the SA said the gown can be touch up when in the gown fitting). and Ask me faster to confirm the touch up as well cos they have to rush for my album, my wedding date just in the corner. they said i made many changes to drag the time. What the rubbish reason, all max 5 minutes work, and a lot of time they got no respond and din do well what i had request, 1 part touch up they need few days or 1 week to do for it. I have to highlight the part which have to be concern some more, if not seems like i talking orang asing's language, is that my problem?
I only manage to get my album in 1 week b4 my wedding, although i ps early!!!
