car rental company in KL or seremban, any recommendations? Options

hello, am looking to rent car (self-drive) for about 3 weeks-1month for relatives from overseas. Any recommendations of which rental company in KL/seremban is reliable & with reasonable price? i don't know they market price but a search on internet shows that day rental (cheapest rate, for car like perodua) usually starts from around RM100, cheaper if rent for 1 month but still going to cost between RM2500 to 3500. Is this the usual price or anyone know of cheaper rate? Thanks!
