  1. Sigh.... I signed up for blissful and completed photography. I had a very interesting and unforgetable encounter with blissful. Should change name to bliss-less but anyhow, they did try their very best to meet my requirements after I turned into a tiger! After I have confirmed my wedding gown for photography, on the try-out day, they told me that my wedding gown will not be available for me. Gown was double booked! Can you imagine.... I went to bridal studio 3 times before try-out day and on that day, they just say, Sorry... you have to choose another one. Second, they told me that they will prepare suits for my future husband and they told me not to worry they will prepare everything. After experienced a double booked gown issue, I told my hubby to better go earlier to try out suits. Two days before photoshoot day, we went to the studio, with expectations that they have prepared everything. As expected, they didnot. Of course with our presence, they have to find a suitable suit for him at once. They need four people to search high and low for suitable suits. Third, after we have selected our photographs for our album togetrher with confirmation of which sequence we would like to have for our album.... we thought everything should be fine....to our surprise, they called us and told us that they have processed our album but unfortunately not in the sequence which we wanted - eg. one beach photo in the front and another somewhere in the middle of album, basically sequence was messed up! Apparently according to their feedback, they said, it has been reshuffled by "designers" and initially insisted for us to take the album as it is.... but after sounding them off, they finally admitted that it was their mistake and they did the necessary corrections and did a reprint for free. In general, I agree with you, they have very nice gowns (some of which nicer than those in KL). Professionalism is not good and urgently needs improvements! Being optimistic, at least they tried their best to eventually meet our requirements. Good Roller Coaster Ride!
