Hi all, We had our wedding dinner on 4Oct09 at Sunway Resort Hotel and Spa, Subang. Infact, we had booked the smaller ball room (Lagoon 1 Ball room at Level 15) 1 1/2 years prior to my wedding. However, our wedding day was drawing near, may be 1 1/2 months to the actual day our guest list grew from 40 tables (about the max number for Lagoon 1 Ballroom) to 52 tables. Thus, we were lucky that ballroom Lagoon 2 (which can fit 50 - 60 tables) were available. The hotel wedding coordinator (cum sales manager) Virginia Tan, was very efficient and effective and responsive to our request (be it emial or via phone she will definately get back to you immediately), she blocked the larger ballroom for us, and at the same time, we were able to use the entire foyer for our cocktail party, as the two other ballrooms were not occupied. Furthermore, we didn't even need to hire florist to decorate the ballroom, the flower pedestals provided was upgrade to include hanging english rose buds balls with candle lights. The ambiance was magical, even the stage backdrop, chair tie back, table cover etc. we could safely say that Sunway has the most choice and up-to-date new designs for you to choose from. Though Virginia was supposed to be on leave on my wedding day, but she turned up as usual a work day and coordinated the wedding without putting us to any worries. From this, if any1 interested to have their wedding at Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa, we are sure you have made the right choice.

Hi, Me and my hubby just went for photo shooting last week. Dun worry.the new MUA's skill is very good..i;m very satisfied and happy with the make up and hairstyle...:-) Going to view photos this weekend...hope everything look nice... hey...mind to share ur pics? thanks I just gone thru all the posting here about Bridal Concept.. I am very satisfy with the quality work they delivered, especially "working" with Ah dee and the graphic designer..forgot her name. I've used those glue type for a magazine photoshoot before. u apply the glue on your eye lid and then tilt your head down (but eyes looking up). you'll be able to identify your natural double eyelid if you have single eyelid. then you gotta use a tool that that helps you to 'set' the glue to create the natural eyelid. but it only lasted about 6 hours or so. unless you reli practice everyday to use the glue and eyes not sensitive then it's ok to use the glue. but i think sticker works as well. u shud buy those tape that needed you to cut to the desired shape and length you want. I tried those ready made self adhesive type - can't even stay on my eye for 30 mins as i find it prickling my poor eye each time i blink ppl said if you're discipline enough to stick everyday for at least 9 months, it will help to create the double eyelid naturally. I can proof the test is true as i've seen my mum stick everyday before she goes to work. now she has perfect double eyelids. too bad the daughter is just one lazy bump, fails to be as discipline as her mum hahahaha Hi Junibabe, Thanks for the info ...it is interesting to know that if I stick the tape on every day for 9 months shall get double eyelid..but my AD is 4Oct09, guess really lack of time lor... Actually, i have double eyelid, but it is hidden, means...it is folded inwards. Therefore, not define enough to make my eyes look lifely. Thus, MUA sticked the eyelid sticker on it. I had discussed with her the other day, she said shall apply ticker eye shadow and also cut the eyelid tape thinner for me. Hope that work as you said. Wait a min, draw the lower eyelid as mid? does it mean don't apply eyeliner over the entire lower eyelid, but start from the mid and towards the outer eye? Btw, do you apply make up everyday? Just wonder how come you have so much knowledge on make up. haha...Personally, i think, it is hardest to do eye make up. Actually, i had paid for BC MUA, but still thinking whether Wedding Isle is better. Any experience? p/s: we have something in common, our ROM date is the same.

hi, my MUA put on a small tape on one side of my eyes to make my double eyelid more even for my PS... if this is the tape you are referring to then i think better not use for AD cos u can see the tape when u close your eyes.... PS can touch up but not during AD wow... actually single eyelid also can be very pretty with make up... so why not go natural? my 2 cents... Hi, Really appreciate you timely reply. Coz it's a hard time for me making the right decision to choose the right MUA. By BS MUA uses eye lid tape (small tape on eyes) i am considering whether to sign up with her for AD coz overall her coverage very nice...her make-up makes my skin looks flawless and pinkish. Except for the eye lid tape. What do u think?
