  1. That is nice to know. Now they are in the competitive area and its an advantage for all brides as they do not have to drive around doing their price research, its all within that area. Also I heard quite a lot of comments about Lasposa being in Bangsar because people get intimidated and wont even dare to step in for consultation as they thought Lasposa has to be really expensive as it is in a high end area. Well its good to know they have moved to SS2 and I shall let my husband know too. Thanks you all! Hope you all like Lasposa work as much as me and my husband do!
  2. Hi all, Its been a long time for me..been busy wt wedding, migrating & settling down. Anyway, anyone knows what happened to Lasposa in Bangsar. Not long after my wedding photoshoot there I was inform that its closed down! I was not in KL at that time and would really like to know what happened to them as they have done such a good job for me.. Anyway for anyone of you who would like to view my pre-wedding photos by Lasposa, hereès the link : http://www.mywedding.com/matthewlovespenny/ Please bear in mind that the photos are just indoor shooting only. Enjoy!
  3. Hi davinci, Can I view ur album? the cover looks romantic hehe.. penelope_phang@yahoo.com
  4. darlingangel, I'm not as lucky as you or other brides as my wedding is very simple. Actually its a mutual agreement between me and hubby. We had a simple chapel ceremony in Canada (hubby's Canadian) and a simple Chinese dinner in KL where I'll be wearing cheongsam. No "chut mun". There's no chance for me to wear any wedding gown. Thank God I insisted on taking wedding photos in KL, so I'm very happy & excited eventhough I'll just be wearing that few WG for a few hours during photoshoot. The feeling is totally different. I wore designer wedding gown before but that was for work purposes. But just gown fitting excites me because I know this time I'm wearing for myself!
  5. But I signed up with Lasposa for indoor shoot only, I've never been a big fan of outdoor shoot (praying!!) Awww, the photos are beautiful dreamz!! Now I have full confident in Lasposa and very sure my PS next week will be very nice. Just wondering, why is there no indoor photos?? Anyway, thanks for sharing with me. You two made a very beautiful couple!

  9. Hi all, I am gonna have my PS in 3 weeks time and I am getting nervous as how it will turn out to be. I signed up with Lasposa, Bangsar and find them very pleasant and nice. But I am still nervous and excited as I am requesting for non-commercial PS. Anyne taken their pre-wedding PS with Lasposa and mind sharing with me the photos for references? Please e-mail me at penelope_phang@yahoo.com Thanks!
  10. dreamz, I totally agreed wt the others..the maroon is suitable for march in if u r not wearing ur white wedding gown. The purple and brown made u look fair and sexy thou..anyway I signed up with the same bridal house as you hehe..
  11. my husband is Canadian. We registered our marriage in Canada last year and have our marriage certificate from there, so it will be a re-registeration in Malaysia for me.
  12. Hi gals, I got married in Canada last Nov 08 but going to have my chinese wedding family dinner here in Kl in June together with taking my wedding photos. I also wanted to re-register my marriage in Malaysia. I called up JPN and the procedure is kinda simple, just bring passport/IC, passport size photos, birth cert, original copy of marriage certificate from Canada. No witnesses needed. If the officer is around we can get the Malaysia marriage cert on the same day (aren't there suppose to be an authorised officer around everyday?). Anyone have the same experince? Mind to share? Which JPN is recommended? Maju Junction or Putrajaya?
  13. Wow..this mermaid tail gown is so beautiful, similar to the 1 I rented from the bridal house, only difference is mine is with black flower details and waist band.. So the black and white is kinda contrast!
  14. Hi gals, Today I finally went for my gown fitting..my taste of things is kinda different from others. I dun like conventional bridal gowns, so are the headpiece, make-up & photoshooting. I would say I appreciates avant garde kinda stuff. So I thot Im gonna spend a lot time trying out & choosing the right gown for me. I got a dream dress in my mind but surprisingly me & my best friend only took about 15-20 mins and we confirmed on all my 3 gowns. My SA Christine is very sincere & experienced. She chosed the right gown & suits my criterias just right! I 'd chosen 3 beautiful, stunning & different color scheme gowns for my PS in June. I'm so glad I signed up with Lasposa & now I have full confidence they are gonna do a good job for me!
  15. I was walking around Bangsar Village yesterday and to my surprise I saw very beautiful headpieces in one of the shop there. The name of the shop is Axxezz. Exactly like the one you can find in bridal shop, prices ranges from RM99-139 I think. Also available in various colours!
