  1. Bought some glitter alphabet sticker and did this. Please don't mind the soiled shoes because this was taken after we returned from our photoshoot.
  2. I personally think the 1st & 3rs will look nice on ur dress. Btw, where do u find all these sashes?? I've tried looking for sashes in KL but cannot find anyone selling.
  3. rs1608, I found this 4 season tree inspiration online, should be more than enough to cover your 600 guests. http://cdn.indulgy.com/o2/Fu/Ux/12877548904111376cYT9IaCIc.jpg abbykoh, I'm planning to have the tree at the entrance of my new home after the wedding, kind of like a blessing from my guests on my new home/life. I'm planning to have polaroid too, but at my wedding dinner. Thinking of DIY photobooth, then have the photographer snap pics of my guests and another person in charge of the polaroid, so my guests will have photos to bring home. But not sure if the guests will appreciate that, scare they just throw the photo when they reach home, then waste my $$$.
  4. Yoyo, my pre-wedding shoot with the bridal studio will be in 5 weeks time. Initially am thinking of DIY some props but lately very tied up with work. Do you mind sharing some of ur props' ideas or advice? Thanks!!
  5. Will they be able to wipe off the ink fully with just wet wipes? For 600 guests, you may consider doing 4 trees, each tree for 1 season, with corresponding color ink.
  6. I'm also thinking of doing this for my weddding in Dec. Undecided whether to DIY or not too. I'm also wondering if guests would mind to get their finger dirtied prior to dinner. On the other hand, also thinking if everyone took part, how big should i make the tree to be, in order to accomodate 350 thumbprint!!
  7. Does anyone knows where i can get faux fur stole like below? Would like to have one for my pre-wedding photoshoot. Thanks.
  8. Grape87, Do the Chinese Chamber do ROM on a weekday? Btw, do you know of any temple in KK that does ROM (like Thean Hou temple in KL)? Thanks!
  9. Did you have your backdrop professionally done? Or you DIY?
  10. A friend was telling me today that the latest "in" place for wedding photography is setia eco park. Maybe you can try check that out.
  11. Thank you. We also considered looking for a place with a big slab of red brick wall to replace the college feel. Back in our days, TARC students are also refer to as "red brick" students. But don't know of any place near our 2 selected locations that has such wall. We also tried driving around the college perimeter to see if there's any nice place for us to snap any photos outside the college. The only thing we saw is the TARC logo on some parts of the fencing. The main entrance also not bad, but not sure the guards will shoo us off or not. What we have in mind now is mayb to snap a few photos around the fence with the logo, and then take some photos at the studio with the library setting. If you have any other suggestion(s), please share them. Thanks!!
  12. I personally think that instead of choosing some random locations, we might as well choose locations that is meaningful to us. We initially wanted to shoot at TAR College, where we got to know each other, but was rejected by the college *heartbroken*. The BS told us they have a library setting at their studio, so I think we may have to make do with that. Am thinking of bringing our college text books as props. Next, we choose KLCC Park, because that is where he first confess he likes me. During our dating years, we've also done a few personal photoshoots at the park, so we are planning to review our old photos for inspirations. You will need to apply permit to have your photoshoot at the park but the procedure is really simple. If you are interested, please let me know, I can give you the contact. Our last location is Zoo Negara because that's where we go for our first date as a couple. Again, we are planning to review our old photos during our first date for inspirations. If you don't need them to arrange any special animal appearance, you can just simply purchase entrance tickets & walk in. We also like it that we can create a storyboard for our album based on the locations. =)
  13. I'm considering having my wedding dinner at ah yat. Would appreciate some more recent comments/feedbacks about the place. Thanks!! Btw, the manager said they are renovating the place in March.
