The details of the membership :- Platinum membership - Fitness and Yoga (except Bikram) and all group exercise classes valid at all clubsBranches - Desa Sri Hartamas, USJ 10 Taipan, Pavilion KL and Jaya 33 (including usage of swimming pool)Months left - 30 months (2.5 years)FOC 1 or 2 Personal Training sessions (I forgot it's 1 or 2)FOC 15 days' pass to Bikram yogaPrice - RM6,300 for 2 memberships (RM105 per month per person)This is way below the regular price (please feel free to find out from any True Fitness branch for their membership price) because it was a promotion for couple membership. And it's only transferrable to couples (husband-wife). I have also signed up for personal training sessions (12 for each person). However, it is not necessary to be transferred to 2 persons. It could be all 24 sessions for a person alone. The regular price is RM140 per session x 24 sessions = RM3,360. But I'm selling it at RM105 per session = RM2,520 in total (25% discount) Anyone who is interested, pls PM me as I seldom log in to MB nowadays. First come, first serve. Thank you :)

Please PM me instead (so that I'll get email notification) as I seldom log in nowadays. Thanks :)

  6. polarsam, i was prescribed hormone pills for my PCOS case too - to regulate my irregular menses. I didn't know until much later tht it is similar to contraceptive pills, hence the weight gain. But the menses is really very accurate every month, with not so heavy flow and u hardly get acne! I took it for about 2-3 years and when I finally decided to stop, well.. the menses was okay one or two months, thereafter it went haywire again! I am not going to take those pills anymore, should have stopped earlier. And of course, I stopped going to that gynae! About my abnormal cells in the cervix which was discovered somewhere in Feb this year.. well, 3 months ago I went for a follow up check up after the minor procedure was done to remove them. Result showed that everything's cleared and I was supposed to go for another pap smear 3 months later - which I went 2 weeks ago. Few days ago, the nurse called to say it's back. I was really devastated. I know there's a possibility of relapse, which I read about in the internet... but it was after 10 years or so for those people. Mine? 3 months and it's back. This time, the doc asked me to go back for a pap smear 2 months later and if it's still there, I would have to undergo a minor operation :(
  7. I hate it that when my books came back to me, they're usually folded at the edges and look like they were not properly kept. Even I myself don't yank open the book so big for fear that it'll crease the spine or risk the pages falling out after some time.. It sure breaks the heart to see something you've so carefully taken care of returned to you like some old newspapers! And once, I lent 2 boxes of my very very precious Slam Dunk VCDs (No Dvds yet at tht time)... came back to me in a very sorry state. The box looked so worn and torn (got such word ar? Hehehehe) and like berbulu at the edges oredi... worse of all, there were pen scribblings, more like lines everywhere on the box. No explanation was given. When I merely asked "What happened ar?" She just casually said "Oh, my nephew went to conteng" - and that was it. No apologies no nothing. Didn't even feel paiseh. *sigh*
  8. Fluene, since you just came back from Japan, maybe taking a break is not an option for you right now in terms of time and financial. What you can do is to go out and yum char with friends... I often find this very uplifting. Whenever I'm sad or worried or depressed, I'll talk to a friend. It helps a lot after pouring my heart out. And it surely feels good after spending some time with your bestie rather than locking yourself up at home feeling more and more miserable. And I do agree with what Noni said.. loves needs holiday too :)
  9. Alesia, which kopitiam in Limbongan? The one selling roti canai near the bus stop??? I've been to Old Town Kopitiam in Taipan.. love the nasi lemak with ayam rendang, hor fun and iced honey lemon :) I went to Old Taste Kopitiam too in Malacca but only had their hazelnut coffee, yummy too.. and their fries is nice.. the straight cut one, not so oily. Few weeks ago, I went to one kopitiam in Summit USJ, I think it's called Uncle John Kopitiam. Oh gosh, that would be my first and last visit! Service is very very very bad and slow and like tak kuasa wanna layan! The menu is about the same as the other 2 kopitiams, so I ordered the nasi lemak ayam rendang to compare lar.. wah liau.. kalah teruk teruk ok... the drinks also terrible... not worth the money we spent!
  10. We didn't serve tea too... coz the PIL went back to KL straight after the luncheon, even before all our guests left!
  11. Alesia, hope you're feeling all right now. I had a similar thing happened in December when I came back for our friend's wedding, rber? The MyVi sped and the tyre burst causing it to spin from 1st lane to 3rd lane, then spin again to the 1st lane, hit the divider and spin again and finally stopped just few inches in front of me in the North South highway. Thank goodness the car behind me was not speeding coz I had to slam the brakes then not not swerve to the left as there was a van on my left. Should I or the car behind me have gone at a faster rate, I'll be in the road accident statistics oredi.... I didn't cry too, but was shaken like you.. it happened too fast that it seems unreal.. it was only when I reached Alor Gajah toll that my tears started flowing down.. the aftershock effect??? And yeah, my HB was away in Guangzhou at that time.. and I'm so disgusted at the operator who kept on insisting for the exact address, damn shitty, isn't it.. and what's more.. to say that it's sayang if they have to send 2 ambulances? What kind of crap is this?
  12. Very sorry for the long wait, blacklady :)
  13. For a beginner, is it okay to get a 18L oven (Saw Sharp selling at RM133.00, Pensonic for RM109.00)? Or is it better to get a slightly better one like Elba RM299.00?
  14. Finished My Best Friend's Girl last month. Now reading Jodi Picoult's My Sister's Keeper. A bit slow coz busy with work :)
