  1. I think it's depending on what do you think is the role of the music / songs in your wedding reception. :) For us, music and songs in a wedding plays a very important role in setting the right moods that you prefer, whether it's romantic, cheerful or relaxing type of atmosphere. The choice of songs have to be right and most importantly, they have to be able to fill both of you with the right moods. :) Agree with amanda_angels...lyrics do speak for every songs. :) For our wedding reception, we have chosen our all time favorite songs, with lyrics that we love and mean a lot to us. :) Songs which at that instantaneous the music plays, you recall the memories and feel all the emotions flowing right at the moment. We've been getting soundtracks from the love movies which we've watched, maybe you can try that too. ;) You can visit www.amazon.com to preview the soundtracks. ;)
  2. For me I will probably keep it for memories. :) Mine is kind of like yours, simple white satin dress and a bit plated at the top part :) Maybe can pass it to cousin or niece for some shooting of theirs next time? ;)
  3. Wondering whether you have thought about the attire of your bridesmaids and best men? ;)
  4. Hi Dillon, Yup, true. It's the details around the place, like things that you grow old with, that are familiar to you makes you feel at ease on such a big day. :) Decorate the places as you like which makes you feel like home and tune down the nervousness. ;) Family and friends are people who give blessings to you, they have to be there to give their biggest support and to share the joy of your life! :)
  5. Hi Skye, Thanks! :) Same to you too...Mine would be on 12th March 2011. ;)
  6. Hi all! Adding myself into bride-to-be for 2011 list. Mine will be on March. ;) Hope to be able to share the information with all the brides-to-be! Happy preparing!!!
  7. Hi, We've got ours at one of the shop at Kepong. Appreciate the recommendation from one of our clients :) as the price for the red dowry is really reasonable and of good quality, I would say. We've spent around RM270 for our list of necessary items. PM me if you would like to know the location. :)
  8. Hi Robbie0, Then you will probably love some of these.. :)
  9. Hi, You can look for bridal house or the florist which you ordered your hand bouquet. :) They normally provide such service. Let me know if you need the contacts. :)
  10. What do you look for in your wedding? What is the definition of a memorable wedding to you? Is your wedding going to be about the both of you? It could be... Wedding gown that you dream of wearing in. Shoes that show your personalities. Theme colours that you both love. Flowers which you love its meaning. Family and friends who're there to share your moment. Pre-wedding photos that show how much you both enjoyed the day, with triple shots of love + feelings! Little gifts for bridesmaids and best mens to show how much you appreciate their attendance. Wedding album that keeps all the memories, with photos full with emotions that remind you why you both are here today. Rings that signify eternity. Wedding songlist of songs that you both love. They really fill the atmosphere with your love. Meaningful way of signing guest book which you can then display at your home. Life is about the moments you had. Stages is about making marks in your life. Wedding is like planting a love tree at the crosspath you both met each other, and continue to nurture it and keep it growing. Every couple and love story is unique in its own way, and so can be for every wedding. Dare to follow your heart, put in effort and go for it, cause it's a once in a lifetime event and you deserve a wedding that is unique in your own way! ;)
  11. The Notebook. :) Simply inspiring. Love movies with close resemblance to stages in life, and personal experiences we have in life. P/S I love you is another recommended one.
  12. I got mine for 100 over at one of the boutiques at Kota Damansara. They have many nice boutiques there, with nice dinner dress and gowns..gals..you may want to check out there. ;)

  14. Maybe you can checkout the seapark brickhhouse which is at seapark pj. Their website is www.seaparkbrickhouse.com Informative website with photos and price. :)
  15. Hi, Pretty glad to know that you are interested with photobooth...as we are too! :) Basically we're yet to find photobooth service in Malaysia, because of that, you can actually setup the backdrop yourselves, we can give a little idea on that if you one. :) And get your photographer to setup the tripod and take the photos. Yes, no doubt it does not have that instant photo printing, but the result is good as well! Just pour in whatever accessories and poses...! Something we have photographed during a ROM Party. Cynthia printed all these lovely printouts. No fancy backdrop but it's the fun, laughter and cheekiness they shared that makes photobooth shooting fun!
