Dear Admin, I know many moderators resign due to busy schedule, some moderators join this forum since 2006/07, now busy with baby and kids. Can I suggest, we can appoint vendors to be our moderators. Those vendors that paid to MB forum for advertising. Reason being so is, the vendors are still active in forum, and they are the one most familiar with weddings, especially in the area they work. If ask an emcee regarding Hotel ballroom size, parking, food... I think we vendors know more than the couples, as this has been our job for many years. What do you think? :)

Sorry, don't think is worth for a 0.32 carat with that price, and a S1 quality. You can get a 0.4 or almost 0.5 ct, VS2, but choose color E, or G.

Everyone use Facebook to promote their biz. A "Company" with only Facebook to promote their biz, is it reliable? No office, CANNOT AFFORD to advertise properly, only facebook channel as free advertising. Proper advertising doesn't cost a bomb if they are vendors who want to grow their biz and reputation. Even Malaysia Brides forum is charging vendors fees (as low as RM60). Not to mention, reputable vendors can afford Magazines, Internet advertisement etc. FREE Facebook? No comment. This is just my comment for couple to consider. For wedding planners.. some planner is as young as below 20+ years old. New, and fresh-grads, some don't even has working experience at all, and self-claim as wedding planner. Always go by words of mouth, reputable vendors. Words of Mouth is from your friend's wedding, your friends has use their service before, and know the vendors from the beginning when planning their wedding till how the vendors deliver at the wedding day, or you seen their work before during the wedding day.

As what my title, just a humble opinion and sharing with Bride & Groom to-be-out there. From time to time, there is always new vendors coming up. Nothing wrong with that, but a humble opinion, it is your wedding, you have to be careful with who you have selected as part of your wedding team. A wedding you have plan over a year, don't you think it is important to chose a reliable team? There are also inexperience vendors. I am not here to create fight, as i did not indicate any new vendors. But just a reminder to the couples :) I have seen many inexperience vendors under perform at the wedding. Couple booked them, cos the couples does not know their background, their capability. They could have Facebook account to promote their biz. They are also good in convincing by talking, or how, or either boost their portfolio to impress the couple. I once work in a wedding as decorator, this is what happen: The host hire a wedding coordinator. The wedding coordinator turn up quite late, almost evening. Not do checking on the program run down, etc. By 7pm, i was talking to my team, why this wedding coordinator (she come by 1 person, no helpers), not checking the cake & toasting desk? The cake table is not on stage... and not checking other stuff. Funny question a so-called-coordinator asked me... where to get the table number stand to put on the guest table? .... So does anyone of you there know where to get the table number stands? It is provided by the venue of course, you gotta get it from the venue manager in charge. And later, she comes to ask me.. where to.. again. This is just one of the example i recite to remind you all. Another issue... many new, or i would say lack of experience decorator. Not willing to elaborate much on this, here the summary : "Venue managers usually complaining that those inexperience vendors do not know the work flow, lack of equipment, end up borrow back from Hotel, restaurant, be it just as simple as cellophane tape." and, "most of the inexperience vendors has screw up. Not complete on time, and required help from the couple's friends and family at very last minute...very common. This are the feedback from my couple when they got someone inexperience"
