Sorry for my late update. My court hearing result is: "Penentang hendaklah membayar RM4,000 kepada Pihak Yang Menuntut dalam tempoh 14 hari dari tarikh Award diserahkan." Actually, their problems not only white balances and flash control. Moreover, they made the grave mistake on camera positions such as many photos taken the back of our guest. I only can say that they are worthless piece of shit. I will upload photos later on. Dont forget, their attitude in attending to customers also get me hackles up. This is not the type of services we want from a bridal shop. It is a waste of our time, money and spoil our mood. ><

At first I really give up all hope of their sucks services and I only asked them to give me back all my video and original photo to settle the case. But you know what? They keep ignored my complaints and put-off my request. So, I cant stand it anymore! I hope that the Tribunal and National consumer complaints centre can help me.

Hi wgpictures, I agree with every word you said. How I looking forward to my wedding that time, but they had given us a biggest heartache of our most important day of our life. Many times i cried, i argued with my husband, cannot sleep well because of their heinous and despiteful act. What a nightmare! I believe that their bad reputation about the poor service will spread by word of mouth.
