Hi, need you gals advice here. This bridal shop failed to deliver the wedding photo album at promised date which is end of August. My friend still waiting for the album now, bridal shop again promise will deliver before her wedding date which is on December. Can she file a case to consumer tribunal now? If she file a case, the bridal shop still need to rush the album right? There's black and white receipt for the album delivered date. I'm pissed off for my friend here. She has lost her mood entirely because of this. Very irresponsible wedding planner.
