we got Kiran Gill for our wedding bridal makeup and hair do. Unfortunately it was the most regretful decision made. On the wedding day, (the temple ceremony), wat was supposed to remain on the face until night (as we have a post wedding celebration also) was already falling apart. The foundation laid was forming crack lines already and this Kiran can tell my wife after the following day that she should not smile in order for the make up lines at the creases not to be seen. During the dinner reception day (26th July 2013), Kiran Gill was supposed to arrive at the hotel room at 3pm as we wanted to be down by 5.30pm at the cocktail reception area. Unfortunately she walked in at 3.45pm and started work at 4pm. Unprofessionalism of the highest order. Called her today to inform her about my disappointment, and she was arguing with me that her delay was due to her waiting for her plumber and husband. Kiran Gill took almost 3 hours to complete the make up and hair do. we only managed to go down at 7pm and that had upset the programme planned and agenda. She was not apologetic to her customer at all. I would not recommend Kiran gill for any make up work to any body. She does not deserve to receive any commendation. Dr Avthar.
