I would highly recommend Dr. Usha is Ipoh Specialist Centre. I've been going to her for more than 2 years now and speaking from experience, I am socomfortable and happy with her. She's very gentle and very pleasant.

My wife did her checkup with Dr. Anjalai @ Pantai Putri. U'll feel "confidence" with her when u compare her patient with other gynea. (that's how me and my wife decide). She will explain one by one until u understand all ur queries

There's a highly recommended Dr Diva at Ipoh Specialist. I saw him when i was pregnant with my 1st. Very gentle and detailed. I did not go deliver with him because of logistic reasons, but went to him for all my detailed scans. He's a fetal specialist too, by the way. Last i knew, there were only 4 in the country, and 2 was stationed in ipoh back in 2007. He was one of them.

Thumbs up for Dr Diva.

But hv to queue in front of his clinic very early, say 7.30am if wish to be the 1st few in line to see him (after taking the queue # when clinic is open around 8am). Official consultation only starts at 8.30am.

Yes, he's very detailed and gentle

Hi hi, I went for my regular checkup at Ipoh Garden South, Dr Foo Kok Cheng. Although is a guy but he is good and friendly. I bug him with questions he also don't mind, very patience. ^^ But now due to opting for deliver at Gov Hospital and the place I'm at right now is a distance from there I no go back le. Last went was last month when I'm in my 34 weeks.

Hi! I am new here. Is there any good gynae in Perak Community Specialist Hospital? I got 2 cards from the hospital, namely, Dr. N. Anandaraj and Dr. Chen Yoke Chuan. Any information about how they handle patients, and perhaps how much they charge?

Aside from that, anyone you know that specializes on fertility or helping to get pregnant?

Thank you in advance.

Hi there,

I am not sure if you are still following this forum. I was recommeded by a friend to deliver my baby with Dr Anjalai in Ipoh. I've met her once, and have no comment on her, pretty satisfied! But later on, I got to know that Pantai Ipoh is not a baby friendly hospital where you will get separated with your baby. Based on your experience, how is it going? Will the baby send to me directly to have the first skin contact right after she is delivered - in the labour room itself? And will they initiate breastfeed within 1-2 hours?

Thanks!
