I think it could be the blood circulation is not well. Your can try to massage ur leg everyday especially the heel area.

Hi Chinslee

How's your heel now? are both heels painful? Is it worse when you stand too long or rest too long?

you mention about your uric acid is high, is it through blood test?

hi.. i have this heel pain too... it started after i got married and shifted to my hubby's house. our room floor is cement and not tiles. thus every morning when i wake up, i will step on the cement.. it's cold and slowly i started to develop this heel pain in the morning. i assumed it's due to the floor in our room, thus i started to wear house slipper and it's gone. now i put a small carpet on the floor beside my bed. so in the morning, i don't have to worry bout steppin on the cold floor.

but occasionally the pain comes back.. just dunno why...

my mom's case is just like yours.. even in tiled floors! so she wears slippers the whole day, and when sleeping she wears socks.. it helps

I feel pain at my heel especially when first getting out of bed in the morning. :(

any1 have d same problem? where can i go c doc?

i think u need to see the doctor. if you're above 40, then the likelihood of osteoarthritis is high. Or if you're less than that age but you wear unsuitable foot wear, like too high heels, or hard based , etc, then you need to change those footwear.

Take supplements high in calcium and glucosamine will help too

cheers!
