shmily1314 0 Report post Posted December 8, 2007 Yalo. Normally restaurant one more dry one and mine was like a bit wet and the nestum all like stick to the sugar. So I was thinking the sugar too much and the nestum shd add more. But the taste no bad la.So, for those that wanna try this recipe, I advise to cut down the sugar and add more nestum lo :)

erinepink 0 Report post Posted October 21, 2008 Hmm yummy.... i think we can use chicken or cod fish etc as well. But the cod fish should be difficult to cook la coz it will break into small pieces when u stir....
Pink Kitty 0 Report post Posted November 29, 2008 Dear all, 1 question, when you say '4. melt the margerine in the wok....' Do you mean in a new wok (without oil), or melt into the wok which is with the oil u used to fry the prawns just now ah???!Thank you!
snowie 0 Report post Posted December 19, 2008 Pink Kitty, U may need to scoop the oil up tat u had used to fry the prawns.. or else the dish will be too oily!.. after that u can re-use back the same wok n melt the margarine in slow fire.. happy trying!! Add in nestum and stir-fry until aromatic. Add in prawns and mix well.
