Australia travel visa

Hi,

Few friends of mine are going to graduate on 2011 March in Australia and I have been invited to attend the ceremony but I doesn't know the procedure, requirement or terms and condition to apply a visa. As I google around and came across http://www.evisaasia.com/visa-re ... -malaysia-citizens/, it stated it takes 3 days preparation for the visa but no stamping fee needed. Can anyone here clarify for me? If the information is right, I can proceed to apply the visa through this site.

Last time i applied australia visa throught australia website:

http://www.eta.immi.gov.au/

This visa valid for 1 year after convert to our currency is RM50++, you may call to ask travel agent to apply for u also. Their visa validity is 3 months. some of the travel agent i ask is around RM20, which is quite cheap for a short travel.
