elyn, since you'll be having your luncheon in Orna, have you tried calling Wings up like I've suggested to you last time? You can try them coz my friend said they're not bad you know..

But if you prefer some oldies or baba/nyonya way of presenting...you should try The Melodians. They are from the Peranakan Association. If i am not wrong, the guy name is Vincent. Great team. I will have them for my wedding reception too...

eunissanne, you're from Malacca as well?? I'll be engaging a live band too playing oldies - english ones... Peranakan Association as in the one in Heeren Street - PPCM ar? Persatuan Peranakan Cina Melaka? Roughly how much they charge you ar??

hihi,
i have a couple of friends, the guy plays violin while the girl plays piano. I know they are profesional performer as they they perform often in concerts and etc. they are music graduates, girl from upm and guy from europe (can't remember whether is uk or vienna). they are couple and the girl is malaccan. so you dont have to pay for their accomodation.

Hi, I hired Bean & Any Loke as my wedding singers. They're incredible & super fun! Everyone were on the dance floor (bride & groom too!) by the 4th dish. My wedding was a month ago & all my relatives & friends are still talking fondly about it. I couldn't ask for a better band. Check out their videos on youtube, they have like over 300!! Call Any Loke at 012 3161761 & tell her Lisa highly recommends her & Thanks again for the great performance :-)
