Losing weight quickly isn't wise.Its best to loose 1-2lbs a week and its more likely to stay off.No sugar and low carbs seems to work best for me, Boost vitamin & mineral intake,diversify diet. Make sure that you take low fat and carbs. And for boost your metabolism you should use green tea. In exercise, I think cycling and swimming are most effective for this purpose.
