Why nowadays ppl like to be like own doctor??comon..just consult doctor 1st b4 making any decision..doctor know better right..u can change ur toothbrush anytime..u also can try some food with high vit b6 content like salmon, tuna, cabbage..i think can help with ur gum bleeding..but do discuss with ur doctor 1st..as I said, they know better

Consult doctor maybe is a good option..but doctor usually will prescribe medicine..and medicine will have own side effects..although some medicine is safe to be taken by pregnant woman..but there is always have risk and may harm mother and baby..so try out new toothbrush will be better and there is no risk to have a try

actually when i was pregnant i do have craving for grill salmon head during the last 2 mths..dunno why hahaha...

but i know some of my fren can't stand the smell at all!!! even when see it in the supermarket also cannot tahan hahaha..guess all mommy to be are different lo...

as for your SIL case..even bleeding pls do continue brushing coz it will take a while for the gum to heals...this systema is good coz the bristle is 0.02mm which is soft yet able to go in between the teeth for better cleaning...

also after brushing can also use salt water to gargle to disinfect the gum lo...natural and effective lo...good luck mommy :)
