Unfair Treatment

Recommended Posts

To all my beloved sis,

For those who're currently using Digi postpaid. Please share this out.

I am 5 years Digi royal users, just find out ytd at Mid valley there.

Digi is offering the same plan and same price as my Digi 80, but with different quota.

Searched over their official site, found nothing regards this plan and get to know that this plan is offer secretly at selected Digi store only.

The thing that got me pissed is because the plan is not for us, but for other users that port in from others telco...

Keep up the good work Digi and thanks for those who spend time to read this thread.

Hmm, is it? I didn't even aware this.

Thanks for sharing.

Btw, lets said I am currently using Umobile. Can I port into this plan? Or it's only available at mid valley?

Not sure, but I can confirmed that other telco users can port into this plan.

By the way, do you really want to take this plan? if not mistaken, this plan seem tight for one year contract.

If not mistaken.

Huh? other than one year contract? any other hidden T&C?

Wonder why they want to make this kind of offer?

If bound with contract, then I suppose this plan is slightly different from the original plan80.

Digi users no contract.

Other users lock for 1 year contract.

Fair enough although more 2gb data, but nothing good to argue.

Properly to attract more new customer.

Think no, but heard that after the contract the price will revert back to rm80.

Because currently Digi is giving rm10 rebate, but not sure whether it's truth.

Still unfair, they should have give some privilege to royal users but not for outsider.

For 2gb data add on is not cheap, the plan is still better even tied for contract.

This is not the proper way of pulling new customers.

Oh, which mean same as the current digi 80.

Because current digi 80 users can get rm10 rebate and I am not sure when it will revert back to 80.

I suppose two of this plan is somehow linking.

It's exactly the same plan, it just Digi give extra 2 more gb to other port in users and existing Digi users is not allow to get this plan. I am pissed because of this. Think it will just hasten the existing users to port out, but not to attract more new users.

I agreed that, but we can't do nothing as telco can change the plan and T&C whenever they want.

At least they're not charging extra to the plan or giving cheaper to other users. Either deal with it or port to other plan.

Be happy :)

I make up my mind, going to port to other telco plan.

Not worth staying, I foresee that there is another bias plan coming in the future.

Bye~ Digi
