bumblebee 0 Report post Posted April 25, 2008 I plan to stick to my commitment to bf my baby exclusively for at least 6 months. Hmmm.... i think if you really want evidence, numerous scientific studies have already been conducted to support that bf is beneficial, eg: http://www.who.int/inf-pr-2001/en/note2001-07.htmlhttp://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2007/...71105171949.htmMy gal's only 3 months old. She's not talking yet, but she's talkative in her own way. One thing we noticed is the development of her eyesight. At about 5-6 weeks old, she was able to read our expressions from about 2 meters away. On numerous occasion, we made funny faces without any noise and she watched us and smiled. I don't know if she's smarter or would be smarter but my priority is her health development. I just want to be able to provide her with the best there is available, and me thinks breast milk is the best :)
