i registered in 2007 & had a baby boy in 2008

due to some pantang larang, my wedding will be somewhere after mid 2009

i plan to hv freelance photo shooting with our baby during 2008 or 2009

so, i wish to borrow some wedding gauns, evening gauns & etc...

of course by rental.

can anybody give advice? or suggest?

hi hi ... i would like to know the info about ROM, where can i go for the ROM ? What are the documents i need ? and if my boy friend is not in KL .... can i go apply first ?

hi gal,

if you wan to have it in govt(say putrajaya), and ur hubby ic's add is not in kl , then need to change the address of the kl one. for my case, i change the address same as my hubby one(hubby is kl ppl).just pay rm10 to change ic and pic taken on the spot oso.then take the receipt to book the registration date. The IC next day you alrd can get it.

But if u go for say Tian Hou Gong, then not nid change address..just need to prepare the documents such as witness photocopy ic, new couple ic and birth cert when u go to book the date at there. If not mistaken, tian hou gong charges is rm99 for registration and statutory for RMxx.

For govt, registration only charge rm30.

New to the forum. Didn't know there's such thing as a Malaysian Brides forum, interesting.

Will be registering on Dec 31st,08 that's the day we started our relationship, yes on New Years Eve. Wedding dinner most likely to be on June 2009 to be confirm.

6 Months to plan for a wedding i guess i'm on schedule. Just sign up a bridal package at Monliza. So far things been going accordingly.

First of all .... congratulation.

Be steady and relax .... I think there are a lot of things that u need to do.

1 ) How many guests are u inviting ? Book ur hotel or restoran first coz it might be full.

2 ) Start look for reception location.

3 ) Survey a good Bridal Store.

4 ) Look for a location to spend ur honeymoon.

I think this is the most important u need to book and look first.
