  1. dont let him pee next time... and use your finger to press his abs when you know his bledder is full :) too much porn for him
  2. red combines with white looks good...
  3. thicker the better.... minimum 6mm but if budget allows, i'd prefer to go for at least 8mm ... rm1600 with 2" wooden frame, that's the price quoted by most Interior designer... but rm1300++ should be the price according to my research 2 months back.
  4. bunny, dark color made scratches visible... kaybee, rm48 psf quite ok wor... 2ft comes to rm96, even cheaper than concrete table (rm120 up) or solid surface (rm130 up)...
  5. 1. check the developer, see whether they have valid license for such development 2. lease hold / free hold 3. previous usage of the land 4. government future or current plan on such area (imagine there will be a flyover bridge on top of your house in 5 yrs time... or bus station in front, or highway, or train passing by... hmm...) 5. loan plan, flexibilities and offers 6. house facing direction 7. surrounding buildings (to avoid bad impact to your family according to fengshui ^o^ ) 8. who bares the "bla bla" fees and duties 9. propose security features and utilities in the housing estate etc. 10... alot more to consider, but most important is yourself... whether you're comfortable with the house or not and of coz... BUDGET...
  6. reference price: Mirror glass 3' x 6' = 18sqft = 18 x rm7 = rm126 for 6mm glass Bevel edge 3' + 3' + 6' + 6' = 18' footrun = 18 * 7.5 = rm135 all 4 edge bevel ** 2" bevel edge @ rm7.5 per footrun if the price you get with installation is about 400-450, not too bad. can consider to get it done but make sure there are wood between wall and mirror, else you will see uneven shape if they were to glue directly on wall surface.
  7. sorry my mistake... the price for 6mm thickness "mirror" is at rm7 +- per sqft and 6mm "glass" is rm3-3.50 per sqft. 4mm is way too thin and not safe if you have kids around... btw, if not mistaken, 7 x 10' is the largest standard cutting glass ald... if they can provide 7 x 12' then i might wanna know where they source it. for 7 x 10 with aluminum frame, it's about rm1000 or less, and for 8 x 6', the price is rm900 or less... (with 1 inch+ aluminum border and U/L-channel wall mounting bracket and installation subang YKW giving RM1000 for 8 x 6' with 3 inches width wood frame (hanging as if it's a huge picture on wall) toti... for the glass door you're looking for, any glass shop or aluminum shop can do that. it's similar to those glass door you see in bank, the diff is yours would be sliding and bank uses swing type.
  8. i do feel uncomfortable on some threads as well, it seems like someone making up story and telling how great their experience are. and in another word... they do not respect true love. or are they trying to hook up some ladies or men with same thought and arrange their private session? that i hope it's not happening for my personal opinion this sub forum should be a place for people to seek for advice etc, so it's better to stick to that way rather than reading fake stories.
  9. i'm just about to opt for granite too, it's the combination of concrete table and solid surface as it come in one piece without joining, and it's stone, so you can even chop a cow head on tabletop
  10. 300k for a 20x70 double storey... that's quite pricy especially the location is as far as sg buluh as it usually come to about 230k - 280k only... i'd suggest you to buy subang, kota kemuning, puchong or even shah alam since there're still many undeveloped land, and most of the houses are freehold
  11. from my survey, installer from glass shop charge super high... it's better if you find from interior design company if you were to stick entire mirror on wall without frame. here's the reference price 6mm mirror glass = rm3.5 per sqft (8 x 4 = 32, rm3.5 x 32 = rm112 excluding delivery and installation) installation price vary... it depend on your preference so best is to check with ID or compare with installer from glass shop. for glass, cheapest i found in klang valley is at puchong, just behind indian temple nearby tesco. the shop name call L & L glass
  12. RM2.5k... your bb room must be as big as living hall... if not mistaken, the price i get out there is about rm4 per sqft, with minimum of 200sqft order, else they charge rm300 for installation. e.g. for a room with build up area of 16' x 16', total sqft is 256sqft... with 4 side skirting approximately rm3 per footrun, the price only come to less than 1500... so.... rm2.5k i assume the room is really big there
  13. i didn't know they install fan in the hose... let the pro speaks then
  14. not sure about the actual situation happen on ur wife, as for my wife, it's the outer skin, or some people call it "the lips"... so she doesn't need to consult doctor. if your wife bleeds from internal, maybe it's good to go... not too worry, if you're able to convince her once to visit doctor, all her fear will disappear... she will realise nothing to worry about and nothing to be shy
  15. that's y i said just follow your mind do whatever u wanted to do lor... if want to tarik his handbrake then just pull lor hehehe... but one thing u need to be prepared... usually after wedding dinner, men dozzed off end up lying on the bed with shoe still on his feet... really exhausted with whole day event lar... want to "stand" also need tongkat liao so take a good rest, when u both wake up early in the morning, u'll still be able to moan as loud as u can... the most, people will think nearby pasar killing cow nia
