  11. hi nengsi, first, where u 2 decide to do ur rom? Singapore or Malaysia? If doing in singapore very easy, either 1 of u must resident in singapore 15 days without leaving. After this , bring both passport or ID and both of you go to Registry of Marriages in Singapore, then the stuff will guide you how to File Notice Of Marraige, then u can choose your ROM date, etc...very very simple and the stuff very helpful... REMEMBER to bring ur credit card or chargs card, cos once u make the File Notice you need to pay. for more detail http://app.rom.gov.sg/internet/index.asp If u doing in malaysia, then bit more procedure to do, first for you, you need to get a Single Status Letter important, then u can refer to below Application Procedure Applicants are required to go to the NRD counter/Assistant Registrar appointed by the Malaysian Consul/Embassy with the following supporting documents: 1. Identity card 2. Passport for foreign citizens 3. 1 coloured photo (32mm X 38mm) 4. Consensus form /licence (if relevant) 5. Birth certificate (for applicants 16–20 years old) 6. Death certificate (if relevant) Letter confirming marital status (single) If divorced: 1. Letter confirming marital status after divorce (original) 2. Decree nisi for absolute divorce (original & photocopy) Conditions of Application Normal marriage: * Application will be displayed for 21 days from the date of application * Complete Form JPN.KCO2 and attach supporting documents * Payment: RM30.00 there are many more detail u need, check this link for malaysia http://admin.www.gov.my/MyGov/BI/Directory...dureInMalaysia/ hope can help ,
