yup... i believe they no the 1st time facing the crazy crowds... no sense that the registry management use the excuse of "over-crowd" and lead the poor arrangement... they should forecast such crowd and perform better arrangement rather than we argue-ing around... when your submission date? as long as u no register when special day like chirstmas day, valentine day, etc... other should be fine... overall, better think twice and twice again if tended for marriage registration when special day at Thean Hou Temple unless they improved the management...

Hi guys, Glad that i did submission for 090909 at Thean Hou Temple along with my brother too... But i had nightmare due to their poor arrangement for the "Special Day", i thought that they able to overcome or handle the flooded couples when "Special Day" since they should enough experiences... I arrive there when 430am. Me and my brother were the 1st and 2nd comer, we glad to hear about it... haha... later the 3rd couple arrived after us 10minutes who driving the yellow satria there... Photo taken on 6am... Crowd is there... During the conversation with other couples, they filled the form and verified by registry (lawyer) while we queue-ing together... at the moment i "huh?"... i thought allow to obtain the form when submission day (2 months earlier if temple's procedures)... i asked twice on different days from the temple's officer, they no allow to distribute the form earlier... double standard found here... The guard open the gate at last, i queue according to the instructions to obtain application in front the Hall... Found out the couples submitting the form were more than obtaining form... at last my brother and my gf try to survey around the temple... realize that we can obtain form from the lawyer office indirectly... so we approach the lawyer office, fill up the form, done everything as required... but lack of human power there found at lawyer office, only one staff arranging for variety issues such as distribute form, form collection, form photostat, form verification, perform "sumpah" by asking questons, etc... at the moments around 4 couples (included me and my bro) in lawyer office... i unsure whether i sympathy her or i complain against her due to poor arrangement for expected "Special Day"... so i just forget about it as long as my request can be complete... Once done, that time was 730am and i was around 50th+++ position... Later my bro do counter check, found out that their form had some portion no chopped or filled by registry (lawyer office)... my brother head back to there... and he back with empty hand and form collected by one of the registry (lawyer office)... at the moment i "huh?" again...we head back together with our form to verify whether our form required to collect by them or not... they said no required to collect but my bro's form collected... double standard found here again... as i know the form required to bring in along to the hall for official initial by other staffs... Ok, fine since they confirmed with and without form will do as well... at that moments, there the crowds... almost 20 ppl++ inside the lawyer office with 3 staffs inside there... Later going smooth later on... queue into hall and ready for official initial... during the initial progress, one of the staffs come toward to another staffs and ask "why some people no bring along with the form? Is it ok without it?"... that time i felt ... obviously no proper arrangement and meeting yet for this "Special Day"... Later on serve by friendly indian woman and done the payment, paid RM140 cash and counter check the receipt, there written RM99... so she re-issues again immediately... all progress done on 10am... i felt to regret that do submission at Thean Hou, thought private sector usually better than government sector, this is the outcome i obtained from there... sigh... but i have no choices and believed that most of government sector closed the submission and i required to proceed further there... Double standard + Double standard + lack of manpower (early morning) + poor arrangement perhaps the arrangement doesnt apply for the early comers, bcos seem everything in order around 9am-10am... haha...

but wondering how they do the alteration... assumed too big, so use the pin to shirk the gown... but still look nice? assumed too small, so they required the needle to sew it on the spot... just worrying that they providing bad quality alteration and spoilt our PS mood

Hi, I have a question here abt gown alteration... did anyone alter gown on the PS day? As i inquiry around, most of bridal house alter the gown earlier 1-2 before PS... but the bridal shop that serving me claimed that they able to alter the 6-7 gowns within the same day of PS... unsure how they able to do alter on the same day, perhaps they do it 1 by 1 accordingly to the sequence for each gowns when PS? maybe they alter the gown before 1 hour which i going to wear for PS later? pls comment if anyone experienced on this issues before... worrying that they giving the bad gown shape bcos rushing to alter and provided bad photo effect indirectly... thanks

I only sharing my thought here after a discussion with WC... at least we understand the WC's working style and build up "Win-Win solution"... hence, sorry if offended anyone here...

i saw my friend wedding photo, i cant see the photo skill there and lack of camera equipments to create the picture effect... i saw the environment soooooooooo clear and detail, wondering we looking on the couples or background environment... lol... so i went to WC to question about the photographer yesterday and try to understand how the take the photo and create the effects... SA said will arrange a photographer for us for our PS... i curious that how they know our requirements on that PS day? how the photographer's style suited us? i worry that they given me the photo quality that we no looking for... after look thru several album, seem most of the photo quality was what i looking for, i prefer couple look very clear but background slightly blur... i wont comment much about album design bcos i no an expert on album management too, i only care that the photo quality more than album... after chit chat with SA, what they said is true... Different People, Different Idea, Different Taste & Different Style... same as Mr A like to wear white clothes all the time, Mr B like to wear red clothes all the time... definitely Mr A suitable wearing white color clothes and look nice... but for Mr B may no suitable to wear white color clothes due to body size and he argue it $uck... some more if Mr B like to wear red clothes, he will appraise red color all the time... hence they handled numerous of wedding album before, sure a lot of customer complained if their photo album cant meet the requirements accordingly... if we have some ideas, better inform them earlier to allow them understand our requirements before they start their work, because they have other album to be complete and handover to customers... so i think i will let them do the jobs for album management because i'm no and expert and no experiences, i may amended to album getting worse and worst... for me may look nice (bcos i amended myself) but for my friend may look $uck... haha.... but if doubt on their expertise and concern about the album quality, better we find our own designer to design our photo album... at least have ad-hoc respond from our own designer and reduce the hassle/conflict between WC...

Can anyone recommend me a videographer around Klang Valley? budgeted RM2000 or below for WD and AD...

7pm onwards ar??? How many gowns can try wor?? Not really suitable lo..... After work till so tired, then only go to try gown.... ur wife will not have the mood de (my perception).... U can sit there and look, relax la... but the bride will be tired, then end up wrongly select gowns.... Do u ask her opinion?? Yeah... flamed by her... I request my gf to do appointment with them lo because she got a friend wanna to test gown as well, and she need her family member comments on gowns... so i think only she know how the timing on her side because my time always flexible...

just do a phone call to them... the timing that most convenient for them is 31/3 7pm... sigh... but should fine for me since i no urgent in PS...

I have been telling the same.............. I decided to go on March 2009... But my case are different. So i'll visit their shop this coming christmas. So will tell u guys my comment after that. And i've book my ps on next friday also. Quite rush right? but what they promise me they really remember and will manage for me lo. Good service. mutsumei yours is PS session now... of cos have priority lo... but ours is a survey session to look for suitable gown (for me just look for my gf only )... my PS session will held around August or September... wah... so fast go to select gown ar???? 1st come 1st serve... dun forget if u select gown too early, those gowns selected by you already become old???? nvm... just test only... i want to do some gown references only... when in future we want the similar gown according to my picture, at least they got the idea that what type of gown we wanted...

As informed by WC, they said no recommended to come over to their shops now... most of the gown rented out and buzy to do marraige preparation this few weeks... recommended do visit when early of 2009...

gals, i oso went to Midvalley on Sunday. WC really give a reasonable price with a good package and service. My bf & i oso attracted to their LCD Toshiba TV. But then, we didnt sign up because that day the photos that they show us was not pretty enough if compare with other bridal shops. They said the new & beautiful photo are not ready to be viewed yet. So, we are not confident to sign up. Sorry ar,i didnt mean to say that their photo is bad, hope WC bridal dun get hurt ar. I hope to see photo gallery in their website but the website cant be access. Maybe someone can share me the photo that you have took in WC??? TQTQ.. i can access from my office with firewall, and blocked some website to be visit... try this and see whether work or not... http://www.weddingcouture.com.my/photos.html As the quality from what i compare with TWINS, the picture quality or album quality seem better than WC... but the WC offering me more items if compare to TWINS, i dont mind for great photo quality but i will keep following up with them every week if possible to touchup the sample album to the best before print out... personally feel photo quality is not the main concern, the photo arrangement and the feeling on album is the primary for me and my gf... i think wont have much ppl look on the picture resolutions, color, etc bah... if the viewers seem comfortable on my album and feel "WOW", that will sufficient for me...

if i brought digital camera to take photo on the gown that my gf wearing in BS, it is allowed? because easier for us to do comparison in future which is best gown look on my gf... I do asked also... initially not allow one.... But i told them i want to compare.. in the photo then easier to compare ma.... so, they say ok.... they said u can use your hp..... :) U try to request la... but my old hp suck in camera features... at least have to bring my own digital camera at least then... hm...
