I know that the PJ Couture is good, that why I signed up the bridal package. Because Cheras is near by my area, so, I choose that branch. Unfortunetely, the Sales person is money face and the make up beautician is not professional as well. She refuse to use the Eye lashes that my friend given to me. She said that is not good and asked me to buy their one. Cause me RM70 (RM35 x 2). Not only that, the silicon bra charge me RM90 where I can get RM39.90 in The Lingerie Shop. Nail manicure charge me RM50. I am no choice to buy these things because she is my make up beautician on that time. Hi Joyful, I'm kind of signed up with this Couture photo gallery during the bridal fair that just held in MV lately. They told me ampoule n eyelashes r chargeable at RM35 each (but they mentioned i can bring my own). So now they refused to use the one that u brought?? Actually after i signed up the package, i'm kind of worried for how the shop looks like n the gowns they have...I couldn't imagine all these during the fair but they told me everything is fine...e.g. they have good photographers, MUA bla bla bla...they said they have 7-8 staff working in the shop as full-timer...so no empty or fake promises from the part-timers... The problem is i passed by their shop one day at night (i think they were closed oledi)...from outside, i'm really kind of doubted where they really can give me the pictures that i want...the shop looks abit old n frankly speaking, not impressive at all...unlike those bridal shops in SS2, all with nicely renovated shops + glamorous interior... afterall, i wish to know how was your photo shooting?? do u satisfy with ur pics? n how about the gowns they have? they told me they have only 100-200 gowns???!!! which i think is miserably lesser than others...Are they really the branch of Wedding Couture in SS2?? I saw both of them have different company logo n website...i doubted about this again... :s if u dun mind, can u share ur pics with me?? many thanks ^^ Hi, Yes, I have the same experience with you. They refuse to use the one that I bought. At the end, I have to pay more. But, we have to listen to the make up beautician, because she is the one to do the make up for you. If you reject their suggestion, at the end turn up not beautiful. Then, their will said ...... Anyway, paid already paid and pass over already. I don't want to think so much. Don't worry about thier's shop outlook. The good photographer can able to take a photo for you in just a room without any decoration. So far, their studio is quite nice. I very satisfy is their photographer called "D". Sorry for late reply to you. If you haven't take the photo yet, you can request "D" to take the photo for you. End of the result, I can only can able to accept for those of the photos. Yes, this is right. Their shop only have around 100-200 gowns. It's look like just little only, if compare to other bridal shop. But, it is good enough for you to choose. Because too many also make you confusing. I agree on it. Trust me.

Hi, So far, I able to accept the wedding photos. Especially, the outdoor photos which I taken at Putrajaya. Their photographer is a very experience. I like the way he's took the photos for us and the posture. Thank you all of you for your warn wishes. All things turn out to be fine.

The one in Cheras. This is a new branch. I have do some survey through internet, the Couture @ SS2 is good and provide the service in the professional way. Anyway, I know the Couture @ Cheras is a new branch, so, we cannot make a comparison. They need to gain experience on how to provide a good services to the consumer.

Only ampules is charge RM 30 per bottle. Both bride n groom used 2 bottle each. So in total we only pay extra RM120 during PS. Eyelashes, body foundation, hair spray n etc FOC. They even provide us FOC lunch . I never come across other BS will provide FOC lunch. So far I had no complain with them n they provide all their best to me. I had 3 friends sign up with them too 2 had took thier photo also no complain at all. I think u need to complain to their HQ directly that is Wedding Couture SS2. For the design I also in the designing process. I had view and change my design for a few times. They will never send to printing if we not satisfy with the design. So I wonder is there any miscommunication happen???? Couture PJ provide free lunch to your. Anyway, either who paid for lunch is just small matter. The important thing is the result of the photos.

Cheras, Maluri. I asked the Sales person Cheras branch is another new branch for Couture which setup on last year 2008.

Last year December 2008, I had signed a bridal photo package. On date 2 May 2009, I had made a full payment for this package. On my most recent visit, 12 June, I received poor service that I felt I should bring to your attention. I am disappointed because the service that the sales person (Ms. EY) provided was not in the professional way. I am very unsatisfied with the services that she provided. Actually, I came on Thursday (11 June 2009) to view the design photos; so far I am happy with the design. Only one photo need to make changes from color to black and white. On Friday (12 June 2009), I came again to pass the CD (songs) to her and I would like to view the photos again. She told me the photos were sending for printing. We cannot make any changes on the design. Customer has the right to view the final design photo before print to the album. Once the photo is print to album everything cannot be changed. I am very doubt, is that this is the way Couture provide their professional services to customer? Secondly is the soft copy of the design photo. The design photo is in the album, why we cannot get back our soft copy? I have asked EY whether I can buy on next time when I come again, she said cannot. She asked me to pay on that day without giving time to me to think about it. After back to home, I had made a call to Couture at PJ, one of the girl said that most of the design photo they are send through email to customer, so, customer already have a copy. Why customers need to buy? Therefore, on that day my husband called up to put it on hold. But, EY said she already burn into the CD. Lucky, her supervisor allows me to put it on hold. Thirdly is the Japan branded 32" LCD television. Start from the full payment date until now, almost 8 weeks I have not receive my LCD TV. This LCD TV is free for those who sign the Amazing 88 Series A bridal photo package. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received that day. I will tell my friends never go to Couture to take photo or get the services.
