Baby ONE year old prayers

I need help here.. MIL says wanna do one year old prayers for baby. She said must let baby choose a few things to determine what kind of career she is taking when she grows up. I dont believe in the accuracy of such prayers but since old people wanna do, no harm loh..

But i need help here...

What kind of items to let baby choose?

Abascus? Scissors? What else?

The kuih at baby steps on when she turn a year old, what kuih is it? Is it angku kuih? Or thhe red flat kuih?

We did play the game, hahaha well .. just a game anyway .. okie I prepared:

1. Calculator - Accountant

2. Ruler - Architect

3. Book - Educator

4. Money - Banker

5. Pen - Writer

6. Hand phone - I dunno what's that mean for but I regard that as a 'Talkative' person XD

For myself i din do this prayers. but my friend did. she put few things like calculator, pen... etc, but 1 of the item is hard boiled egg (and donno what it represent), her daughter so cute, pick the egg and makan!

First time I heard of such game. For Ivan's one year old ptayer, we just did the normal stuff like pray to ancestors, tien kung and my mil insists must have kunyit rice, red eggs and angkoo kuih.
