I took EPO b4, fr GNC. i took it cos heard tat it can help to reduce PMS but result was so so onli. maybe other brand's quality better? stop taking now cos m taking other prenatal vitamins... :)

My sisters advised me not to be too thin because I have been diet strictly. They afraid I can't conceive in future due to weak body.

U mean EPO? hmm... I think I have been taking EPO for at least 2 months liao, can't remember the exactly period.

Slightly gain weight arr... ehh... i think it depends on individual kua. Me so far so good lor... everything is normal.

To regulate menses, I dunno EPO does help or not lor coz i dun feel EPO is helping me in this aspect

yeah..at least one boy boy....actually i also worry that i cant conceive la..i never take care of my self...stress and tension in office....i drink at least 2 cups of nescafe per day..(last time used to 3 cups..manged to cut down one cup)..i heard too much of coffee if not good for health...
