sp1cega1 0 Report post Posted November 6, 2008 Dear all,I am looking for a wedding dinner venue in Ipoh. Wondering anyone done their wedding dinner at Indugence steak house Ipoh? Need you all comment.Hi Esther, Indugence is next to Ipoh Specialist centre. The bangalow next to ISC, they only business only Thursday to Friday. Frankly if you have a lot guess to invite, Indugence is not an idea place. I found the place is too narrow for wedding event more than 20people. My advise is Meru Club or ICCC is better or have it in a hotel ballroom at least it look classy and grand.
jamieoh 0 Report post Posted November 22, 2008 I had my tea ceremony, garden blessing and wedding reception dinner at Indulgence in August and I have no regrets. Yeah, it's a little small but I only had 100 of our closest family members and friends so it turned out to be very private and cosy. We also stayed upstairs in the suite. I love their service and the staff is always ready with tissue, in case you cry. LOL! I'd definately recommend it if you plan for a cosy wedding. fallenangel 0 Report post Posted November 23, 2008 I'm also planning to have my wedding dinner at Indulgence. I have to say their pricing is pricey for Ipoh standard. Since i planned to have a Victorian style wedding, they are my only choice. Their decor and place suit nicely with the theme i had in mind. I don't have much people to invite so a small cozy place will do. But if you have a lot of people to invite then Indulgence is not suitable.

jetfynn 0 Report post Posted November 27, 2008 We missed out on the comment on Indulgence earlier as they haven't had any suites then. Now, they are the best private place in Ipoh for a wedding in my personal opinion. They also have the best private suites in town too. They have won numerous awards for the best this, best that and so on..... Go ahead... there will be much memories.Posted long ago..... Repost here for all to share. There'sExcelsior hotel, Clearwater Sanctuary in Batu Gajah and not forgetting Heritage Hotel with Tai Thong RestaurantAll of them offer similar services. ratings would be:Location:1) Excelsior2)Syuen (These are right in the middle of town)3) Casuarina (A little bit out of town, but still within a short walking distance)4) Heritage Hotel (Slightly further away from Casuarina)5) Clearwater (Half hour's drive from Ipoh town)Ambience:1) Clearwater (has lakes, jungle setting, etc....)2) Casuarina (Has a smaller ballroom than Syuen but the ambience is good.)3) Syuen (Has bigger ballroom and the ambience is still there)4) Heritage Hotel (Depend whether ballroom or restaurant)5) Excelsior (nice place but the ambience seems lacking)Food:1) Excelsior (The restaurant serves quite good food)2) Heritage Hotel (TaiThong Rest)3) Syuen4) Casuarina5) ClearwaterWell, that's all about the venue. Hope to have helped.Commenting on these personally as we practically get to go to these places almost every other weekend for wedding or event photography assignments. Loveyouyou 0 Report post Posted October 16, 2014 Well, I had my Garden Wedding at Adonis Bridal (behind Heritage Hotel, a big bungalow with a big land which can fit in 1,000 pax) The price are affordable with good services! Especially they have a team to coordinate my whole event and I have nothing to concern with their help! This company is quite new in Ipoh, you can take a look at their Facebook page here if you're interested >>> https://www.facebook.com/adonis.bridal
